Nestled in the serene town of Leiwen, Weingut Pension Günther Scholtes was the perfect romantic escape for my partner and me. The welcoming hosts made us feel right at home, and we enjoyed a good free continental breakfast every morning while soaking in the tranquil views of the surrounding vineyards. We couldn’t resist the chance to explore the working wine cellar, where we learned fascinating insights about the wine-making process—it was both informative and intimate! Our adjoining balconies provided a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby wine villages. Plus, the free WiFi kept us connected, which is always a bonus when sharing travel moments on social media.
